Meet the Team
Justin Krane, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (TM) professional, is the founder of Krane Financial Solutions. Known for his savvy, holistic approach to financial planning, he advises his clients on how to unite their money with their lives and businesses.
Justin received his Certified Investment Management Analyst SM (CIMA®) designation from Investment Management Consultants Association and in conjunction with The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Using a unique system developed from his studies of financial psychology, Justin partners with his clients to identify and clarify their true life goals. He designs and manages investment portfolios that align with his clients’ goals and objectives.
Justin also works with entrepreneurs to create a bigger vision for their business with education and financial modeling.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from University of Colorado, Boulder, graduating in 1994. Prior to founding Krane Financial Solutions, Justin was a Vice President, Investments, and Sales Manager at UBS Financial Services Inc., for 12 years, in Beverly Hills, California.
He is married and lives with his wife and three children in Calabasas, California. Justin is an accomplished athlete and was a former junior ranked tennis player in Los Angeles. He loves to cook, travel, speak Italian, and spend time with his family.
Lauren Trumbull is an Associate Financial Advisor at Krane Financial Solutions, working directly with Justin and clients.
Lauren graduated from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah and has her Series 65 license designation from NASAA. She has been with Krane Financial Solutions since January of 2023.
Lauren grew up outside of Portland, Oregon. She played competitive lacrosse and soccer. She loves to spend time hiking, camping, and sitting out in the sun reading a book.
Laura Shapiro has been the Client Relationship Manager at Krane Financial Solutions for 15 years, where she excels in understanding and servicing client needs.
She graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a B.S. in Hospitality Management, a background that enhances her ability to build strong client relationships.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, and playing with her pup, Wilson. Her diverse interests and dedication to client satisfaction make her an invaluable asset to the team.
