When acting as a data processor, Company will only process Personal Data in accordance with customer instructions and this Privacy Policy. Company, Inc.’s affiliates or subsidiaries may also act as data controllers or processors to the extent customers purchase Products and Services from those entities or Personal Data is shared with those entities.
