  • Heidi also works specifically with scheduling to create a system of how to actually schedule appointments and how long each appointment will take.
  • You may not always need to schedule an hour for a doctor to fill a cavity – really, the doctor only needs about 30 minutes so then we have wasted time.
  • By looking at things like this, Hedi is able to implement and train new systems that will help the office grow.

Marketing your Business

  • Heidi feels you should be doing what you love.
  • Market your business in a way that allows you to live life the way you want to.
  • Part of this is knowing your production/profit per hour.
  • Heidi looks at production per day, hour, month and year to figure out how to get the practice to the next level.
  • Knowing these numbers means understanding how much you need to make to reach your goals.
