Bronson bought his first rental house in 2006 and rented it out. After refinancing and getting $400 a month in cash flow, he was amazed. His plan was to buy at least 30 homes, replace his income, and experience financial freedom. He reconnected with a family member who owned many multifamily apartments and said, “Your plan sounds like a lot of work! Also, everyone I know that has done multifamily wishes that they started sooner. Why don’t you just do multifamily?” Bronson didn’t have the money, but his family member said, “You can raise the money!” This led to him starting a multifamily meetup group in Pasadena, CA and partnering with an experienced syndicator who raises money to buy apartment buildings or other assets. He contributed with some of the diligence and raising capital. He now loves helping others start investing in this asset class. His passion is to help YOU reach your investment goals and experience financial freedom.
