Become the CEO of your own Marketing Department
- Most dentists are not marketing experts – and previously, they didn’t have to be.
- However, the more the industry changes, the more we need to understand marketing.
- Chris teaches other dentists to become the CEO of their own Marketing Department.
- He suggests considering the followings in your marketing plans:
– What is your message? Who is it for?
– How can you reach your target audience?
– How can we grab their attention?
– Then make sure you are tracking your marketing.
- Chris developed software that works as a call tracker. He uses this software to accurately track marketing campaigns and see where these businesses need improvement.
- There are generally two areas that need to be worked on.
1. Making sure you have the right person generating leads for your company.
2. Making sure your team is converting those leads. - If either of these are your issues, Chris has developed specific training for his clients on how to fix these problems.
Reverse Engineer Your Office
- To get down to what needs to be fixed, we first need to look at the whole picture.
- It starts with communication and educating the team.
- Teach your team how to talk to patients and convert them.
- Find a way to navigate the excuses with patients.
- Then use revenue from these conversions to invest right back into your team.
- Make sure they’re doing what they’re strong at.
- Once you have your team and systems in place, then it’s time to focus on marketing.
